Hardcore Rimma

This story is about Rimma Khadiyeva, who attends a postgraduate program at the Art Institute for Persons with Special Needs. Told since childhood that she would never walk, Rimma not only overcame this obstacle and stood up on her own, but also stepped forward into education, art and the highest step – motherhood.

Paul Smith

Paul Smith was born in 1921 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA). He suffered from severe spastic cerebral palsy from an early age. The loss of fine motor control of his face and hands made it impossible for him to attend school—or even eat, clothe, or bathe himself—and also made it difficult for him to express himself.
